口腔回药脱敏膏剂与氟化钠甘油糊剂控制牙本质敏感的临床疗效比较

摘　　要：目的比较口腔回药脱敏膏剂与氟化钠甘油糊剂控制牙本质敏感的临床疗效。方法将100例、132颗牙本质敏感人群分为2组,试验组用回药口腔脱敏膏剂控制口腔敏感症状,对照组用75%氟化钠甘油糊剂控制口腔敏感症状,对2组口腔敏感症状人群控制后即刻、1、3个月的有效率进行比较。结果控制后即刻、1、3个月试验组有效率分别为92.64%、88.29%、80.88%,对照组分别为70.31%、65.63%、60.94%,2组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论回药口腔脱敏膏剂、氟化钠甘油湖剂在控制牙本质敏感方面都能产生良好的临床效果,回药口腔脱敏膏剂即刻、1、3个月后疗效均优于氟化钠甘油湖剂。Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of the Hui medicine teeth desensitization ointment and sodium fluoride and glycerol paste in dentine hypersensitivity. Methods 132 tooth with dentine hypersensitivity in 100 patients were randomly divided into two groups. Hui medicine teeth desensitization ointment was used for treatment in experimental group and sodium fluoride and glyc- erol paste was used for treatment in control group. Then at the immediate, one month and three months effective rate were compared be- tween these two groups. Results The effective rate of experimental group and control group were 92.64%, 88.29% and 80.88% and 70.31%, 65.63% and 60.94% during the three research stages, respectively, and there are significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Hui medicine teeth desensitization ointment and sodium fluoride and glycerol paste can produce excel- lent clinical effect. The clinical efficacy of Hui medicine teeth desensitization ointment is better than sodium fluoride and glycerol paste during the three research stages.
