摘  要:文章介绍了冰灾形成的主要原因及其对电力系统的危害,说明了在电力系统中引入冰灾智能决策系统的重要性,总结了目前国内外应用最为广泛的几种主要智能决策模型,并对这几种智能决策模型进行了比较分析。对几种可应用于智能决策系统的算法进行了介绍,同时对这些算法进行了比较分析,根据决策模型和基本算法提出了一种电力系统冰灾智能决策方法,构建了冰灾智能决策模型,并对其应用前景进行了展望。This paper firstly introduces main causes of the formation of ice disaster and its serious harm to power system, illustrates the importance of application of ice disaster intelligent decision supporting system, summarizes and compares several main intelligent decision models widely used. And then, a few algorithms applicable to the intelligent decision supporting system are described and compared. Further, an ice disaster intelligent decision- making method for power system is proposed according to the decision-making model and basic algorithms, and an intelligent decision-making model is constructed. Finally, promising applications of the intelligent decision system are prospected.
