摘　　要：目的：研究重症监护病房（Intensive Care Unit，ICU）髋部骨折患者术后谵妄的护理．提出护理对策。方法：分析107例术后转入ICU髓部骨折患者，用ICU意识紊乱评估方法（theconfusionassessmentmethodfortheICU，CAM—ICU）进行监测。3800（284％）患者在手术后7d内发生谵妄．针对患者症状提出护理问题，护理措施，评估护理效果。结果：本组38例患者．术后恢复顺利，均千米后1-7天转出ICU。结论：ICU髓部骨折患者手术后谵妄发生率较高．及时的CAM—ICU评估，有效的针对性护理措施。有助于患者术后康复。Objective： To investigate the nursing of the delirium patients with hip fracture after operation in ICU and put forward the nursing strategy. Methods： Analyzing the 107 patients with hip fracture who were moved to ICU after operation and monitoring the patients by the confusion assessment method for the ICU （CAM-ICU）. 38 patients （28,4%） had delirium 7days after operation. To raise nursing questions and nursing measures based on the patients＇ symptoms, and then to evaluate the nursing effect. Results： In the group, 38 patients recovered smoothly and were transferred out ICU 1-7days after operation. Conclusion： The occurrence rate of delirium in ICU patients with hip fracture after operation is high. Timely CAM-ICU evaluation and effective specific nursing measures are helpful for the recovery of patients.
