摘　　要：目的分析肾上腺髓性脂肪瘤的临床特点,以提高临床诊断和治疗水平。方法回顾性分析2例肾上腺髓性脂肪瘤患者的临床资料,总结诊断和治疗经验。结果 2例患者瘤体均经手术完整切除,并经病理学检查证实为肾上腺髓性脂肪瘤。术后患者经内分泌检查均在正常范围。结论肾上腺髓性脂肪瘤的诊断主要依靠B超、CT和MRI,确诊需经病理学检查证实,手术是有效的治疗方法。Objective to improve the adrenal myelolipoma of the level of diagnosis and treatment.Methods a retrospective analysis of 2 cases of adrenal myelolipoma in the diagnosis and treatment experience.Results the tumor were treated by operation complete resection,and confirmed by pathologic examination of adrenal myelolipoma. Postoperative patients after endocrine tests were in the normal range.Conclusion adrenal medullary lipoma diagnosis mainly depends on B ultrasound,CT and MRI,diagnosis should be confirmed by pathologic examination;operation is an effective treatment method.
