摘 要:考试管理是教学质量评估的重要环节。南京医科大学顺应生源变化、学习需求变化和社会环境变化等因素,经过两年多的考试管理改革实践,取得了较为显著的成效:树立了正确的考试评价观。运用评价过程和评价结论相统一的"综合性评价",考查学生运用所学的知识解决实际问题的能力,为终身学习打下基础。建立创新型教师队伍。教学过程中克服教师以自我为中心的心理,摒弃灌输式的传统教育观念,充分尊重并突出学生主体地位,真正做到教为学服务。完善多样化考试。不仅使考试内容多元化,而且做到了考试方法多样化,实现多元化个性化评价。考试评价充分考虑学员个性发展需要,培养他们适应新环境和改造环境的能力,使他们能够和岗位需求相适应,与社会需求相满足,与自我实现相吻合,为学员的多样化发展留下足够空间。Examination administration is an important part of the assessment of teaching quality. Nan jing Medical University has achieved significant results and asserted a correct concept of examination and assessment in two years, including of employing a comprehensive assessment system combines the process and result of the evaluation to test the problem-solving capability of students and to lay the foundation for their lifelong learning, establishing an innovative teaching team. Overcome teachers' self-centered attitude in the teaching process, abandon indoctrination education concept, respect and highlight the status of student, and truly serve for students. Consummate diversification exam. Not only the contents, but also the methods should be multiplied. Make the assessment diversified and personalized. Assessment takes full account of the students' personality development needs, foster their ability to adapt to and transform new environment, so that they can adapt to job requirements, suffice social needs, meanwhile achieving self realization. Thus opportunities for the diversified development of students can be created.
