摘  要:建立以考评为基础、竞争为手段、激励为根本的考评体系,对于完善三级医院内部管理机制,提高职能科室干部的管理水平,促进医院可持续性发展具有重要意义。该文通过探索建立一套有效的职能科室考核评估办法,并对三级医院职能科室考评加以实施,充分调动了职能科室工作人员的积极性,加强执行力,增强服务意识,提高了为一线服务的工作效率,使其更好地为患者、一线人员提供优质高效的服务。Based on evaluation and incentives and taking competition as means, appraisal system plays an important role in perfecting internal management mechanism, improving management level of cadres in function departments and promoting persistent development of hospital. The article reported an effective examination and evaluation approach for function departments. It has been implemented in function departments of tertiary hospital, and the enthusiasm of staff in the departments has been mobilized. With this system, the executive power is strengthened, service awareness is enhanced and work efficacy for clinics is improved. Thus high quality of service for patients is provided.
