摘 要:八年制医学教育是我国为适应21世纪医药卫生事业需要而确立的一种培养高层次临床医学人才的新学制。本文总结比较了第四军医大学唐都医院普外科临床教学中应用的两种教学方法即以问题为中心的教学联合模拟病人教学和传统教学方法的相对优势,与传统教学方法相比,PBL结合SP教学组学员的理论及综合考试成绩更高,学习积极性和主动性、语言表达和临床思维能力及团队意识更强。The eight-year clinical medicine is a new teaching model established to train high level of clinical medical personnel, which is to adapt to the needs of pharmaceutical and health care of the 21st century. This paper concluded our experiences of two different kinds of teaching methods in the department of general surgery affiliated to Tangdu Hospital and demonstrated that the PBLIproblembased learning)combined SP(standardized patient) teaching method had a significant advantage of higher test scores, learning enthusiasm and initiative, language expression and clinical thinking ability and teamwork awareness. Accordingly, PBL combined SP teaching should be considered as a novel education idea that is worthy of extending to other subjects.
