摘　　要：近年来,PBL教学已逐步应用于医学教育。南京医科大学医学检验系自2007年起在临床微生物检验课程中进行了PBL教学的尝试和探索,并进一步建立了基于PBL教学的新型考核体系,从PBL教学考核、理论考核和实验考核三个方面多层次地考核学生的学习能力和学习效果。本文介绍了临床微生物检验课程中应用该新型考核体系的具体方法、应用体会,以及实施过程中存在的问题和思考。PBL has been gradually applied in medical education recently. Since 2007, there have been several trials of PBL in clinical laboratory microbiology in the department of laboratory medicine of Nanjing Medical University. Further, to evaluate the students＇ learning abilities and outcomes comprehensively, we established a new evaluation system based on PBL teaching, which consisted of three aspects： PBL evaluation, theoretical and experimental examination. This article showed how to put the new system into practice, and provided some preliminary experience and teaching reflection during the process.
