摘  要:骨科因其亚专科多、专业性强的学科特点,给住院医师规范化临床技能培训带来一定困难。本文结合骨科临床教学特点和住院医师规范化培训工作的体会,分析了规范化培训过程出现的一些问题,提出了通过夯实基本功和应用案例为基础的教学法(CBL)拓展临床能力,以及应用问题为基础的教学法(PBL)进行快速提高的"三步教学法"进行临床技能培训,有效提高了受训医师的学习兴趣和主动性,增强了临床技能水平,使住院医师规范化培训在有限时间内高质量完成培训目标。It is difficult for orthopedics residents programmed education because of its different subspecialities and specialization. This article analyses the problems during this training course and proposes that to pay attention to basic skill training, to expand clinical abilities by case-based learning (CBL), and to elevate clinical ability by problem-based learning (PBL). This "three step methodology" enhances the interest and initiative of the residents, and strengthens their clinical skill, so that leads to a successful accomplishment of the orthopedics residents programmed education in limited time.
