复方阿胶浆对胃癌术后化疗完成率及血象的影响

摘　　要：【目的】探讨复方阿胶浆在减轻化疗药物毒副作用使顺利完成化疗方面的临床价值。【方法】选择进展期胃癌术后病人 ,抽签法设立采用复方阿胶浆加化疗方法的治疗组 ( 4 5例 )及单纯化疗的对照组( 4 2例 )。观察两组在化疗完成率及化疗前后白细胞计数及血红蛋白浓度的变化情况。【结果】治疗组 1年 ,2年化疗完成率明显高于对照组 ( P <0 .0 1 ,P <0 .0 0 5) ,治疗组白细胞计数下降幅度低于对照组 ( P <0 .0 1 )而血红蛋白浓度均有不同程度升高。【结论】复方阿胶浆用于胃癌术后化疗的辅助治疗 ,对预防和治疗化疗药物引起的白细胞减少及改善贫血有较好疗效 ,对胃癌术后化疗的顺利完成有积极作用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Fufang A Jiao Jiang in alleviation of the toxic and side effect of chemotherapy so as to finish the therapy. Methods Postoperative patients of progreassive carcinoma of stomach were divided into treating group(45 cases treated with Fufang A Jiao Jiang and chemotherapy) and control group(42 cases with chemotherapy only)by draw lot.Observe the complete rates of chemotherapy and changes of leukocyte count and the hemoglobin concentration before and after the therapy. Result In the first and second years the complete rates of the treating group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.001,P<0.005).The decending amplitude of leukocyte count of the treating group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.01)while hemoglobin of the treating group was increasing in varying degrees. Conclusion The accessory treatment of Fufang A Jiao Jiang in postoperative chemotherapy of carcinoma of stomach is very effective in preventing and treating leukopenia,anemia caused by drugs of chemotherapy.
