摘　　要：目的调查本院手术室及门诊各科室护理人员的职业紧张状况,分析由职业紧张引起的血糖、血压等升高对心血管疾病的影响。方法选择58名手术室护士作为观察组,选择同期门诊各科室护士46名为对照组。采用职业紧张调查表对两组护士职业紧张状况进行调查,分析两组护士职业紧张情况与血糖、血压之间的关系。结果观察组护士ORQ总分和PRQ总分均高于对照组得分,差异均有统计学意义(ORQ:t=2.391,P=0.000;PRQ:t=2.214,P=0.002);FPG、TC检测值及血压比较差异均有统计学意义(FPG:t=1.935,P=0.048;TG:t=2.213,P=0.007;收缩压:t=1.987,P=0.048;舒张压:t=2.067,P=0.038)。结论手术室护士工作压力大,职业紧张倾向明显,其血压、血糖和血脂升高显著高于其他科室的护理人员,是心血管疾病的易患群体,应当注意预防。Objective To investigate the nurses’ occupational stress condition in operating room and outpatient departments of the People’s Hospital of Jiangmen City,and to analyze its influence on the rise of blood sugar and blood pressure which causes cardiovascular disease.Methods Fifty-eight nurses from operating room were chosen as observation group and 46 nurses from outpatient departments were selected as control group.Occupational stress questionnaires were used to investigate the condition of occupational stress in the nurses of the two groups.The relationship among occupational stress,blood sugar and blood pressure in the nurses of the two groups was analyzed.Results The total scores of ORQ and PRQ were both higher in the nurses of observation group than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ORQ：t=2.391,P=0.000;PRQ： t=2.214,P=0.002）.There were statistically significant differences in the values of FTG,TC and blood pressure between the two groups（FPG： t=1.935,P=0.048;TC： t=2.213,P=0.007;systolic pressure： t=1.987,P=0.048;diastolic pressure： t=2.067,P=0.038）.Conclusions The nurses of operating room are working under strong pressure and their occupational stress is obvious,which leads to the apparent rise of their blood pressure,blood sugar and blood fat.Operating room nurses are at high risk for cardiovascular disease,and hence,countermeasures should be taken to protect them from that.
