摘  要:为了探讨饲料中添加壳聚糖对星斑川鲽幼鱼生长、脂肪含量及抗氧化能力的影响。以初始体重为(46.03±0.11)g的星斑川鲽(Platichthys stellatus)幼鱼为研究对象,用壳聚糖等比例替代基础饲料中0(D0,对照组)、0.25%(D1)、0.50%(D2)、1.00%(D3)、2.00%(D4)的α-纤维素来配制5种等氮等能的饲料进行64天的生长实验。结果表明:(1)各处理组增重率(WGR)、特定生长率(SGR)及摄食率(DFI)均随壳聚糖含量的升高而升高,脏体比(VSI)随壳聚糖含量的升高而显著降低(P<0.05);添加壳聚糖对各组的饲料系数(FCR)及存活率(SR)无显著影响(P>0.05);(2)各处理组全鱼脂肪含量随壳聚糖含量升高而降低,D4组显著低于D0组(P<0.05)且全鱼脂肪含量与血清甘油三酯(TG),总胆固醇(CHO),低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)均呈高度正相关;(3)D4组血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)显著高于D0组(P<0.05),其他各试验组与对照组相比均有所提高,但差异不显著(P>0.05);D2组血清抗超氧阴离子(O2-)活性显著高于其他各组(P<0.05);各处理组血清丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)和溶菌酶(LZM)活性均呈先上升后下降的趋势,并分别在D3组、D3组、D2组、D2组达到最高(P<0.05);各处理组血清白蛋白(Alb)及总蛋白浓度(TP)浓度均随壳聚糖含量的升高而升高,且D4组显著高于D0组(P<0.05)。实验证明,在配合饲料中添加壳聚糖能够显著提高星斑川鲽幼鱼生长性能和机体抗氧化能力并降低机体脂肪含量;以增重率及抗氧化能力为综合评价指标,星斑川鲽幼鱼饲料壳聚糖的适宜添加量为0.50%。The aim of this trial was to investigate the effects of replacement of dietary chitosan on growth performance,lipid deposition and antioxidant capacity of juvenile starry flounder Platichthys stellatus.A 64 days trial was conducted with juvenile starry flounder (46.03±0.11) g.Five isonitrogenous and isoenergetic diets were formulated by adding 0 (D0,control),0.25% (D1),0.50% (D2),1.00% (D3) and 2.00% (D4) chitosan into the basal diet to replace equal amount α-fiber.The results showed that:Firstly,with the increasing dietary chitosan content,weight gain rate (WGR),specific growth rate (SGR) and daily feed intake (DFI) of trial animals increased,while Viscerosomatic index (VSI) obviously decreased (P〉 0.05).No significant difference was found in feed conversion ratio (FCR) and survival ratio (SR) (〈P0.05).Secondly,Lipid contents of whole fish (WL) in trial groups decreased with the increasing of dietary chitosan,however,significant difference was only found between D4 and D0 group (P〈 0.05).There was significant positive correlation between WL and triglyceride (TG),cholesterol (CHO),low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C),respectively.Thirdly,Total antioxidant capacity of organisms in D4 group was significant higher than that in D0 group (P 〉0.05),while no difference was found among the others(P〈0.05).Anti-superoxide anion (O 2) activity of fishes in D2 group was significantly higher than that in other groups (P〈 0.05).Activities of malondialdehyde (MDA),superoxide dismutase (SOD),glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) and lysozyme (LZM) in fish serum in each treatment increased initially and then decreased,which peaked in D3,D3,D2,and D2 group,respectively.Serum albumin (Alb) and total protein (TP) concentration in trial fishes increased significantly with chitosan addition (P 0.05).The results indicated that dietary chitosan could improve the growth performance and the antioxidant c
