摘　　要：目的 :了解经过日间医院康复治疗的精神分裂症病人7年后的结局 ,借以评价其效果。方法 :调查84例精神分裂症通过心理治疗文娱体育康复疗法作业疗法和行为矫正疗法等康复措施后社会功能的恢复情况 ,以及7年后的随访结局。结果 :61.9 %病例的服药剂量减少 ,48.8 %病例恢复了工作。结论 :日间医院是一种有效的康复措施。Objective:To investigate the outcome of schizophrenic patients in day hospital and evaluate the efficacy of rehabilitation therapy.Methods:Eighty four schizophrenic patients received psychotherapy,recreation therapy,occupational therapy,and bevavior correction therapy in day hospital,and their outcomes after 7 years were investigated.Results:The functions of all the cases were improved and the dosages of medication in 61.9%of the cases were reduced.After 7 years,48.8%of the cases could compete their work.Conclusion :Day hospital rehabilitation is a useful method for the rehabilitation of schizophrenic patients.
