摘　　要：模拟审判实验是法学专业必修的实践课程,它在学生综合实践能力的培养提高方面具有不可替代的功能。学生是教学活动的主角,教师成为教学活动的配角。学校必须合理安排教学时间,选择司法实务能力强的教师,配备模拟法庭实验室并提供充足的经费保障。Simulated trial experiment is a compulsory course of legal profession, and has an irreplaceable function on improving students＇ comprehensive practice ability. The students are the leaders in the teaching and learning activities, and teachers are playing a supporting role in teaching activities. Schools must make a reasonable arrangement for the teaching time, choose the teachers with strong judicature practice ability, and provide simulated court laboratory and adequate funding.
