辅导员在高校学生危机事件处置中的作用研究

摘　　要：受国际国内各方面因素影响,高校学生危机事件时有发生。高校学生危机事件的发生不仅严重干扰着高校正常的教学秩序和生活秩序,也对学生的身心健康造成不利影响。对于身处学生工作第一线的辅导员而言,如何预防、处理、应对高校学生危机事件,促进学校的和谐发展,是学术界应当努力探讨的重要课题。本文在梳理学术界关于高校学生危机事件相关理论的基础上,指出辅导员在高校学生危机事件处置中存在的问题,并就如何加强辅导员对高校危机事件的预警及应对能力以及如何充分发挥辅导员的作用作出有益探索。Affected by the international and domestic factors,the college student crises occurred frequently.The crisis not only disturbs the normal teaching and life order in college,but also adversely affects the physical and mental health of students.As a counselor working in the front lines,it is an important thesis for academic field how to prevent,deal with and dispose the events of the college students crisis,in order to promote the harmonious development of the school.Based on combing relative theory of academia about college students crises,this article points out the problems existed in the counselor＇s dealing with the events,and explores how to strengthen the early warning and the response adaptability of the counselors on college crises,and how to play an important role for counselor in the events.
