摘　　要：从中国少数民族文化政策的内容、功能、过程三个方面来探讨少数民族文化政策的创新与发展。认为应该从提升国家文化软实力的高度,确立少数民族文化建设的战略地位,推动民族地区发展模式的转型,加快发展民族地区教育、科技事业。遵循文化发展规律,发挥少数民族文化政策的认同功能、导向功能、调控功能和融合功能。提高少数民族成员在少数民族文化政策制定和执行过程中的参与程度,扩大少数民族文化政策的监督主体和监督方式,建立完善的少数民族文化政策评估制度。The innovation and development of Chinese minority culture policies is discussed from the aspects of concept, function and process. It＇s suggested that the strategic position of minority culture construction should be established by improving the soft strength of national culture, the transformation of development mode in minority areas be promoted, the development of educa- tion, science and technology in minority areas be boosted, the functions of acceptation, orienta- tion, adjustment, and integration of minority culture policies be developed in accordance with the rules of cultural development, the participation of minority members in making and imple- menting policies be furthered, supervision subjects and modes on minority culture policies be ex- tended and perfect evaluation systems for minority culture be built.
