摘　　要：本文基于房屋拆迁双方各自期望实现效用最大化的假设,建立了针对拆迁补偿的多阶段博弈模型,分别就拆迁人初始报价以及博弈阶段数设置进行了案例分析,并对如何设立补偿水平以提高被拆迁人的认可度提出了相关对策。In this paper,we established a multi-stage game theory model base on the utility maximum assumption between both sides in the housing demolition game.Focusing on two factors,the initial compensate price and number of stages,several examples are used to analyze how they affect the acceptance of house owners, and the way to improve it
