摘　　要：M2M作为典型的物联网业务,受到产业链的广泛关注。本文在总结国际标准化组织对M2M热点问题的标准化研究以及电信运营商对M2M业务开展现状的基础上,对电信运营商发展M2M业务过程中已经出现和将要产生的需求进行分析,最后,对电信运营商发展M2M业务进行支撑平台、专用网元等技术方面的探索。As a typical application of Internet of things, M2M is being paid much attention to by the industry chain. This paper analyzes the demands which is faced and will be faced during the process of telecom operator developing M2M services, based on current status of standards research and Services development. Finally, key technologies for M2M services development such as support platform and dedicated network elements etc. are explored.
