摘  要:目的 研究铅和乙醇联合作用对大鼠行为功能的影响。方法 将 5 4只雄性 Wistar大鼠随机分成 9组 ,经口染毒 4周后 ,进行 Y型迷宫试验和游泳试验。结果 各染毒组的迷宫训练成功所需时间延长 ,游泳持续时间缩短 ,联合染毒组的行为功能明显低于单独染毒组 ,析因分析显示铅、乙醇及二者的联合作用对行为功能的影响有显著性意义 (P<0 .0 1,P<0 .0 5 ) ,逐步回归分析表明 ,行为功能的改变与血铅及血清锌有关 (P<0 .0 1,P<0 .0 5 )。结论 铅和乙醇联合对大鼠行为功能有增毒作用。Objective In order to investigate the combined effects of lead and ethanol on behavioral function. Methods 54 Wistar rats were divided into 9 groups randomly. One group was given with steamed water as control, and the other groups were administrated respectively with lead and/or ethanol at different concentrations by ip for four weeks. The Y labyrinth test and swimming test were carried out. Results In all the combined experimental groups, Y labyrinth training successful time was longer and sustained swimming time was shorter than those of the lead or ethanol alone groups. ANOVA analysis indicted that lead and ethanol have interaction on the above indices (P<0.05 or P<0.01). The multiple linear regression showed that there was liner correlation between behavioral function and blood lead as well as serum zinc. Conclusion There were notable combined effects of lead and ethanol on behavioral function in male rats.
