摘　　要：通过设备改造和工艺调整,增加零罗拉,选择加工速度550～600 m/min,D/Y比1.68～1.70,拉伸倍数1.68～1.72,第二热箱温度120～140℃,网络压力达到0.23 MPa以上等工艺条件时,生产出性能优良的涤纶复合丝。By innovating equipment and adjusting process parameters, the POY and DTY polyester composite filament can be produced with excellent properties, through the addition of zero roller, under the conditions as follows ： texturizing machine speed 550 - 600 m/rain, D/Y ratio of 1.68 - 1.70, draw ratio of 1.68 - 1.72, the second heater temperature 120 - 140 ℃ and intermingling press above 0.23 Mpa.
