从大学组织文化角度看开放大学的文化建设

摘　　要：建设开放大学是《国家中长期教育改革与发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》规划的重要任务,是促进我国终身教育体系和学习型社会构建的重要举措。因此,文化建设成了开放大学建设的重要任务之一。借助于伯格奎斯特和帕夫拉克对大学组织文化的分类法,探讨我国开放大学文化建设问题,认为开放大学文化建设应以"发展文化"和"虚拟文化"为主导和主流,以"学院文化"和"管理文化"为驱动和支撑,以"实体文化"和"拥辩文化"为辅助和补充。National Outline for Medium and Long-term Education Reform and Development （2010-2020） states that the building of Open University is of great significance, which can improve the construction of lifelong learning system and learning society of China. Culture construction is one of major tasks in building an Open University. Based on the classifications of organizational cultures of academy proposed by Bergquist and Pawlak, the culture construction of Open University is discussed. The conclusion drawn in the paper includes that the culture construction of Open University should take the development culture and the virtual culture as its dominant and mainstream culture, take the collegial culture and the managerial culture as its driving and supporting culture, take the tangible culture and the advocacy culture as its auxiliary and supplementary culture.
