摘　　要：塞尔提出的言语行为理论对分析跨文化交际中出现的语用失误有着重要的指导意义。本文根据言语行为理论,基于对3家跨国企业的实地语言交际的调查,从3个方面探讨跨文化交际中的语用失误问题,即以言表意行为、以言行事行为和以言取效行为中的语用失误,并通过具体语言实例分析探讨语用失误形成的原因及其影响。The speech act theory,revised by J.R.Searle,plays a directive role in the analysis of pragmatic failures embodied in cross-cultural communications.Based on the field investigation of three international companies,this thesis,starting from speech act theory,studies the pragmatic failures in cross-cultural communications and concludes that any pragmatic failure of locutionary acts,illocutionary acts,and perlocutionary acts may lead to troubles in language communication.
