摘　　要：电力调度录音是电力部门进行调度工作的必要环节和控制手段。总结目前现状和未来发展方向,建设一套方便、实用的全省多级调度电话录音网络是目前调度系统不可缺少的组成部分。文章在分析湖南电力全省调度系统录音构架的基础上,提出新一代电力调度通信网的多级分布式录音解决方案。The power dispatch recording is the necessary link and control mean of the electric power department dispatching work. This paper summarizes the current situation and future development direction, constructs a set of the convenient and practical multistage dispatching telephone recording network which is the indispensable part of dispatching system. Based on the analysis of the provincial dispatching system recording frame of Hunan electric power, this paper proposes the multi-level distributed recording solution of new generation of electric power dispatching network.
