D2S2949多态性与中国人群NIDDM的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究短串联重复序列D2S2949的多态性与非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病(NIDDM)的关系。方法 :应用PCR—PAGE技术 ,对88名无亲缘关系的成都地区正常汉族人和88名NIDDM患者的D2S2949多态性进行分析。结果 :D2S2949位点发现3种等位基因 ,各等位基因的频率在NIDDM组和正常对照组间无显著差异(P值均大于0 05)。结论Objective:To study the correlation of short tandem repeat D2S2949 locus with non -insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM).Methods:The polymorphism of D2S2949 was studied by polymerase chain reaction-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(PCR-PAGE) in 88 normal Chinese Hans and 88 patients with NIDDM.Results:Three alleles were found at D2S2949 locus,and no significantly difference in each allele frequencies was found between control group and NIDDM group.Conclusion:D2S2949 is not correlation with non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus.
