摘  要:目的 :探讨一氧化氮 (NO )与胃癌的关系。方法 :应用比色法测定了 31例胃癌患者血清和组织的NO及一氧化氮合成酶 (NOS)含量 ,并设 2 5例正常人和 2 6例胃十二指肠溃疡为血清对照组。结果 :胃癌患者血清NO水平明显低于正常对照组及胃十二指肠溃疡组 (P<0 .0 1) ;而溃疡组则明显高于正常对照组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;胃癌组织中 NO及 NOS含量则高于癌旁组织 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :当胃癌发生时 ,巨噬细胞产生大量的 NO于病灶组织中发挥其免疫功能 ,直接作用于肿瘤细胞 ,并在粘膜损伤时有重要的修复功能 ,因而表现出血清 NO水平下降 ,而癌组织局部 NO及 NOS水平升高。Objective:To investigate the relationship between gastric cancer and nitric oxide.Methods:The levels of nitric oxide(NO) and nitric oxide synthase(NOS) were determined in the serum and tumor tissue from 31 gastric cancer patients using colorimetry.Serum samples from 25 normal individuals and 26 patients with gastric and duodenal ulcer were studied.Results:The serum NO levels in gastric cancer patients were lower than those in normal individuals and gastric and duodenal ulcer patients (P< 0.01) .Serum NO levels were higher in gastric and duodenal ulcer than those in the normal controls (P< 0.05). Levels of NO and NOS in gastric cancer tissues were higher than those in paracancerous tissues (P<0.01) .Conclusion:NO produced by activated macrophagocytes in the tumor tissue plays the part of immunomodulation.NO acts on tumor cells directly and plays an important role in the repairment of damaged mucosa.This explains that NO level decreases in serum,but increases in tissue of gastric cancer.
