儒道禅宗休闲哲学与休闲体育价值观教育

摘　　要：休闲教育最核心的内容是阐释休闲的自由、创造理念,重建人类伦理道德的建设性作用;从教育的价值取向上来看,休闲体育教育是积极人生态度和自我意识和谐的获得过程。儒家的"乐"、道家的"返朴归真"和禅宗的"闲适自得"在于通过人生态度的恰当把握,超越社会尺度,在当下的境地中获得相对的自由精神空间,进入休闲的人生境界,在当代正显示出它愈来愈强的生命力与价值。The heart of contest about leisure education is to interpret freedom, create concept of relaxing, and rebuild construc- tive role of human morality. On the Value Orientation in Education, Education of Leisure Sports is the process of acquiring pos- itive attitude towards life and self - consciousness to harmony. Confucianism, Daoism and Buddhism acquire the free spirit by comprehending life commitment, transcending and social reality. The value of Leisure Philosophy of them is showing the stron- ger vigor of life in modern society.
