摘　　要：改革开放30年来,在经济发展和社会变革的推动下,运动休闲已成为我国当代重要的运动方式、社会现象和文化现象。尽管西方流行的运动休闲项目也成为当前中国的时尚运动休闲活动,但在东、西方文化交融的过程中,中国特色的传统运动休闲项目必将与外来休闲运动产生相互影响,形成具有更广泛文化意义的中国特色的运动休闲。Over the past 30 years of reform and opening up, and the promotion of economic development and social change, sports and leisure has become Chinese important contemporary movement style, social and cultural phenomenon. Since the sports and leisure projects has also become popular in the West, the current fashion sports and leisure activities with Chinese characteristics will certainly generate interaction with foreign leisure sports and form a broader cultural significance in the process of the blend of Eastern and Western culture.
