Gluma和口腔脱敏糊剂治疗龈下刮治和根面平整术后牙本质过敏的疗效

摘　　要：目的观察Gluma与口腔脱敏糊剂治疗龈下刮治和根面平整术后牙本质过敏的疗效。方法将龈下刮治和根面平整术后出现牙本质过敏的患牙360例,按治疗方法分为3组:A组用Gluma脱敏治疗,B组用口腔脱敏糊剂治疗,C组用Gluma与口腔脱敏糊剂联合治疗。采用石川修二法在治疗15min、1个月、3个月时评价疗效。结果 3组脱敏治疗15min、1个月时,A、C组疗效高于B组(P<0.01或P<0.05),C、A组疗效相当(P>0.05);治疗3个月时,C组疗效明显优于A、B组(P<0.05),A、B组疗效相当(P>0.05)。结论 Gluma与口腔脱敏糊剂联合治疗,无论近期还是远期疗效均优于两者单独使用。Objective To observe the clinical effects of Gluma and oral desensitizing paste on dentine hypersensitivity after subgingival scaling and root planning. Methods A total of 360 teethwith dentin hypersensitivity after subgingival scaling and root planning were randomly treated with Gluma （group A） ,oral desensitizing paste （group B） or a combination of Gluma and oral desensitizing paste （group C）. The efficacy was evaluated 15 minutes and 1 and 3 months after treatment. Results Compared with group B,the efficacy significantly increased 15 minutes and 1month after desensitization treatment in both group A and group C （P〈0.01 or P〈0.05 ,respectively） ,but there was no obvious difference between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Compared withgroup C,the efficacy obviously decreased 3 month after desensitization treatment in both group A and group B （P〈0.05 ,respectively）,but there was no obvious difference between the two groups（P〉0.05） . Conclusion The combination of Gluma and oral desensitizing paste is superior to either alone in short-and long-term efficacy for treating dentine hypersensitivity after subgingivalscaling and root planning.
