摘  要:目的观察纯化蝎毒抗癌多肽(APBMV,分子量<3500)灌胃对小鼠肝癌H22动物移植瘤的抑制作用。方法以肿瘤质量和肿瘤生长抑制率为观察指标,将接种H22的带瘤小鼠分为阳性对照组、环磷酰胺治疗组和纯化蝎毒抗癌多肽治疗组。其中APBMV浓度1.2 mg/ml、0.8 mg/ml、0.4 mg/ml,0.5 ml灌胃。给药10 d后处死小鼠。取实体瘤称重并计算肿瘤生长抑制率。结果 APBMV在应用的前2个剂量范围内对H22移植瘤有明显的抑制作用,抑制率>50%,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),三个不同剂量组之间亦有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),呈明显的量效关系。结论口服APBMV能有效的抑制H22的生长。Objective To observe the inhibitory effect of antineoplastic polypeptide from Buthus martensii venom(APBMV) used into stomach on metastesis tumors-hepatoma 22(H22). Methods Tumor weight, tumor growth inhibitory rate (IR%) were used as the observation indexes. Mice were inoculated by H22, and 24 h late the tumorbearing mice were divided into control, CTX-treated and the APBMV-treated groups which were administered 1.2 mg/ml, 0.8 mg/ml, 0.4 mg/ml, 0.5 ml of APBMV separately via stomach. Tumor-bearing mice were killed after the chemicals were given for 10 days. Results Growth of H,, was inhibited markedly by APBMV at three doses used in this test. Inhibitory rate was over 30% compared with control group and among three doses there was very significant difference (P〈0.01). Conclusion Growth of H22 tumors is effectivetly inhibited by APBMV.
