摘　　要：在2012年，国内排气消声系统行业主流企业的生产能力得到进一步提升，企业规模逐渐扩大．产品结构开始进入调整，产品水平提高、产量得到稳步增长，产销率、资金周转率明显提高．企业实现利润及上缴税金增幅较快。与2011年相比，全行业有了新的发展，尤其是龙头企业发展比较明显。发展较好的企业还是合资品牌居多，排气消声系统配件出口也有所增长，但整个国内部分排气消声厂家受到冲击主要是表现在微车上，成本压力大，利润微薄，售后市场索赔居高不下等。Since the year of 2012, the throughput of domestic industry of exhaust and muffler system in the main stream of enterprises has been gained further improvement, with gradual expansion in scale of enterprises, starting adjustment in structure of products, upgrading of products levels, steady increasing output and obvious improving at velocity of capital. The enterprises have realized faster amplitude in profits and turn in taxes.
