我国竞技体育发展现状及向学校转移的必要性与可行性研究

摘　　要：随着当代社会经济的发展,需要运动员具备更好的竞技素养来适应日益提高的社会竞技水平。为了更好地挖掘具有天赋的运动人才,建立一套能够良性循环、科学地、可持续发展体系。文章采用文献法、访谈法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,在全面了解我国现阶段政治、经济、教育的社会背景下,借鉴国外体育强国体育人才培养经验,对我国竞技体育的发展方向进行了研究。研究结果表明:竞技体育回归学校教育,实现两种教育资源优势互补,力图促进体育人才的全面发展,具有必要性和可行性,这也必将是竞技体育强国人才培养的主要途径和发展趋势。With the development of contemporary society and the economy, China needsathletesto have a better athletic ability to adapt to the ever- increasing competitive level. In order to develop the sports talents, establish a system which is virtuous circle, scientific and sustainable developing, the seminar researches the development direction of China＇s competitive sports by using the research methods of literature, interview, and logical analysis on the basis of a comprehensive understanding about China at present under the background of the political, economic, educational and social development. And we also learn from the experiences from the foreign countries. The results show that： it＇s necessary for the competitive sports to come back to the school education. That will promote the comprehensive development for the sports talents and will also be a way and trend for competitive sports talent cultivation.
