高校高水平排球运动队开展的现状分析

摘　　要：高校办高水平排球运动队,是我国排球竞赛体制改革和我国排球运动发展的一个方向。文章通过对全国高校高水平排球运动队现状进行描述,并提出制约其开展的因素,同时提出:增加对高校高水平排球队的投人、聘请高水平教练与自主培养教练员相结合等发展的新思路。A university having a high level volleyball team is one trend in volleyball competition system in China. The paper does a simple description of the high level of national college volleyball teams and proposes the restricting factors of them and then proposes that： the increase of investment in high level college volleyball teams, hiring high-level coaches with the combination of self-training coaches forms the new idea of developing university high level volleyball teams.
