摘　　要：目的观察不同并发症的白内障患者超声乳化吸出术后短期内角膜内皮的改变。方法回顾性分析超声乳化吸出术178例（201眼）。分成4组：A组为单纯性年龄相关性白内障组，B组为合并糖尿病组，C组为合并原发性急性闭角型青光眼组，D组为合并高度近视组。比较4组术前，术后1d、1个月、3个月角膜内皮的改变。结果相对于单纯性年龄相关性白内障，合并糖尿病、青光眼及高度近视的白内障行超声乳化吸出术后角膜内皮更易受损，其中合并糖尿病者表现为角膜内皮细胞形态学的不稳定和延迟修复，合并高度近视和青光眼者表现为角膜内皮细胞储备能力的下降。结论有并发症的白内障术后角膜内皮易遭受不同类型的损伤。Objective To observe corneal endothelium changes in short-term after phacoemulsifica- tion of cataract with different complications. Methods A retrospective analysis of phacoemulsification in 201 eyes of 178 patients was done. They were divided into four groups, in which group A was age-related cataract without any complication, group B with diabetes mellitus, group C with primary angle closure glau- coma and group D with high myopia. Comparison of corneal endothelium change was done in the four groups preoperatively and one day, one month and three months postoperatively. Results Compare with group A which just age-related cataract, the corneal endothelium in diabetic group, glaucoma group and high myopia group showed more susceptible to damage after phacoemulsification, the diabetic group showed morphological instability and delayed repair, while the glaucoma group and high myopia group performanced decline of re- serve capacity of the corneal endothelial cells. Conclusion Cataract with complications is more susceptible to corneal endothelial cell damage after phacoemulsificatiou.
