前弹力层抛光治疗复发性角膜上皮糜烂综合征

摘　　要：目的探讨前弹力层抛光治疗角膜外伤后诱发的复发性角膜上皮糜烂综合征的疗效。方法使用巩膜隧道刀对角膜外伤后诱发的角膜上皮糜烂综合征患者采用前弹力层抛光治疗，治疗26例（27眼）。随访观察其疗效。结果所有病例角膜病变区均在治疗后3d内愈合，未见明显并发症。随访3个月，复发9例（9眼），复发时病情不同程度好转。后有7例失访，19例（20眼）随访至12个月，有7眼仍不同程度复发，但症状较前明显减轻。结论使用巩膜隧道刀进行前弹力层抛光是防治角膜上皮糜烂综合征复发的有效治疗方法。Objective To evaluate the clinic efficacy of Bowman＇ s layer polishing in the treatment of recurrent corneal erosion syndrome associated with previous traumatic abrasion. Methods A prospective study was done involving twenty-seven eyes in twenty-six patients with recurrent corneal erosion syndrome who received Bowman＇ s layer polishing. The above treatment and the recurrent state after the therapy was investigated. Results The epithelium of all patients had healed within 3 days thereafter. They had been observed for 3 months. The symptoms of nine eyes were recurred, but the suffering was alleviated to varying degrees. Seven of nineteen followed-up eyes kept recurrence in 12 months, and the symptom was alleviated obviously. Conclusion Bowman＇ s layer polishing appears to be a simple and efficacious option for recur- rent corneal erosion syndrome.
