摘　　要：目的探讨小切口白内障囊外摘出术中出现虹膜根部断离时的处理办法及其效果。方法对3例（3眼）小切口白内障囊外摘出术中发生的虹膜根部离断采用“无缝线巩膜夹持法”进行修复并术后随访3个月。结果3例均恢复了虹膜的正常位置及形态。内皮细胞丢失率5．16％～13．37％。结论“无缝线巩膜夹持法”为小切口白内障囊外摘出术中出现的虹膜根部断离提供一种简便的修复方法。Objective To study the treatment method and its effect for intraoperative iridodialysis in small incision extracapsular cataract extraction. Methods Three cases of intraoperative iridodialysis in small incision extracapsular cataract extraction were treated by ＂＇ sutureless sclera clamping method＂. 3 months of follow-up was done. Results All the patients＇ iris of iridodialysis were treated with ＂sutureless sclera clamping method＂. It recovered to normal position and form. There was no intraocular pressure change. The endothelial cells loss rate was between 5.16% and 13.37%. Conclusion ＇＂ Sutureless sclera clamping method＂ provides a new and simple repair methods for intraoperative iridodialysis in small incision extracapsular cataract extraction.
