陈旧性上下泪小管断裂手术效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨泪囊切开逆行置入双路环形硅胶管治疗陈旧性上下泪小管断裂的手术效果。方法陈旧性泪小管断裂12例（12眼），行泪囊切开逆行置入双路环形硅胶管的手术方法，术后随访观察效果。结果随访3个月以上。9例（75．0％）治愈，2例（16．7％）基本治愈，1例（8．3％）无效。结论经泪囊切开逆行置人双路环形硅胶管是治疗陈旧性上下泪小管断裂的有效方法。Objective To explore the surgical effect of the obsolete superior and inferior lacrimal canaliculi laceration treated by intubating silicone double-passage annular canalicular tube via lacrimal sac. Methods The data of 12cases（ 12 eyes） of obsolete superior and inferior lacrimal canaliculi laceration who underwent operation of retrograde intubating silicone double-passage annular canalicular tube via lacrimal sac were retrospectively viewed. Results All patients complied with scheduled follow up more than 3 months after stent removal. Nine patients （75%） were cured entirely , 2 patients （16.7 % ）were meliorated, and 1 （8.3%） patient had no effect. Conclusion The therapic method of retrograde intubation intubating sili- cone double-passage annular canalicular tube via lacrimal sac is an effective treatment for the obsolete superi- or and inferior lacimal canaliculi laceration.
