摘 要:溶藻细菌作为水生生态系统生物种群结构和功能的重要组成部分对维持藻类生物量平衡具有重要的作用。对一株溶藻芽孢杆菌T1产生的溶藻活性物质的耐热性及培养基和pH值等因子对溶藻活性的影响进行了研究。结果表明:T1菌液经115℃高温处理后溶藻活性无明显下降,表明该溶藻活性物质具有较好的耐热性。T1菌液在碱性水体中比在酸性条件下溶藻活性更高,抑藻率达98%以上。T1无菌滤液加入蛋白酶K后其溶藻活性并没有受到明显的影响,表明T1产生的溶藻活性成分为非蛋白质类物质。As an important part of structure and function of aquatic ecosystem biological populations,algicidal bacteria plays an important role in the maintenance of algal biomass balance.In this paper,the heat resistance and the impact factors of the media and the pH of water on algicidal activity from Bacillus sp.T1 were studied.The results showed the algicidal components producted by strain T1 have a good heat resistance as the alage inhibition rate of T1 broth treated by 115°C were not significantly decreased.T1 broth showed more active algicidal rate in alkaline waters than under acidic conditions,and the alage inhibition rate reached 98%.The alage inhibition rate of T1 broth were not been significantly affected by protease K treatmemt.The results showed that the algicidal components were not protein.
