从高校学科本质属性探讨我国新建本科院校发展策略

摘　　要：新建本科院校学科建设起点低、起步晚,发展面临严峻挑战。根据新建本科院校学科建设的现状和误区,从强化学科龙头地位思想、加强学科团队建设、抓好学科平台建设等8个方面提出发展学科的思路和举措,强调从宏观、中观、微观三个层面建立学科建设的多层次、立体机制,共同推进新建本科院校学科建设水平的提高。Due to the quite originally weak foundation of discipline construction relatively,the newly-established application-oriented university have to search for a sustainable way to promote the education level and the social influential power.In terms of the existed misunderstanding and present situation towards discipline of the application-oriented university,this paper proposed some new thoughts and measures,such as tighten up the leading position,strengthen the cooperation of discipline team,enhance the construction discipline platform,to name just a few.It focused on macro-medium-micro three level perspectives to build up a multi-level mechanism to push up the promotion of discipline construction.
