摘  要:SRTP是独立学院本科生创新创业型人才培养的重要举措,有助于提升本科生的创新能力、沟通能力与团队精神,促进师生互动。自2010年以来,福州大学至诚学院政府管理系已经立项实施三期SRTP课题,取得了一定成效,SRTP认可度不断提升,师生沟通频率增加,学生的综合素质日益增强。该系将SRTP作为实践教学育人的突破口,以构建问题驱动的教研共同体,打造三螺旋科研训练平台。该系从管理理念、参与主体、管理机制、激励机制、项目来源、经费管理、项目联动等方面出发,不断推动SRTP管理模式创新。As an important way of creative and entrepreneurial talents training,SRTP helps the independent institutes to strengthen the undergraduates' ability of creating,communicating and coordinating.It helps to improve relations between the teachers and students.Since 2010,by implementing SRTP for three stages,the Government Management Department of Zhicheng School in Fuzhou University has achieved a lot.The notion of SRTP has been intensified,the teachers and students communicate more frequently,and the students' comprehensive quality has been enhanced.The department take SRTP as a practice instruction breakthrough,so as to build up a cooperative organization of teaching and studying,and to create a three-helix platform of research training.Based on managing opinion,participants,managing mechanism,encouraging mechanism,funds management and program linkage,the Government Management Department of Zhicheng School in Fuzhou University strengthen the reformation and innovation of SRTP managing model.
