摘  要:【目的】研究新疆阿克苏地区幼龄期(3cm地径)红枣吸收根系空间分布特征,为干旱区高效节水灌溉提供理论依据。【方法】采用剖面挖掘和分层取样法,利用WinRHIZOPro2010a根系分析系统分析漫灌条件下有效吸收根(根径<2mm)的空间分布特征。【结果】在水平方向上,幼龄期红枣根长密度呈抛物线型分布,93.09%以上根系分布在距树干水平距离0~150cm处,分布密集区为0~50cm,最大值出现在0~25cm;在垂直方向上,幼龄期红枣根长密度呈指数型分布,94.07%以上的根系分布在土层深度0~50cm处,根系分布密集区为0~20cm,最大值出现在10~20cm。【结论】距离树干水平距离0~150cm和垂直方向0~50cm的土层是幼龄期红枣根系分布较密集的区域,也是田间水肥管理的重要区域。[Objective ]By studying spatial distribution characteristics and functions of absorbing root system of red ju- jube in juvenile phase (3 cm ground diameter) in Aksu of Xinjiang, critical parameters for the establishment of root-water- uptake model were gained to provide theoretical references for efficient water-saving irrigation in drought regions. [Method]Based on the soil profile excavation and stratified sampling methods, using WinRHIZO Pro2010a root analysis system, the spatial distribution characteristics of 3 cm diameter class jujube absorbing roots (root diameter 〈2 ram) under irrigation conditions were analyzed. [Result]In the horizontal direction, jujube root length density distribution showed a parabolic curve in 3 cm diameter class. Distribution-intensive area of 3 cm diameter class jujube roots was in 0-50 cm, and 93.09% root distribution was in 0-150 era. The peak value appeared in 0-25 cm. In the vertical direction, jujube root length density exhibited exponential distribution in 3 cm diameter class. Distribution-intensive area of 3 em diameter class jujube roots was in 0-20 cm, and 94.07% root distribution was in 0-50 cm. The maximum value occurred in 10-20 cm. [Conclusion]A depth of 0-50 cm soil and 0-150 cm away from the trunk is the the root distribution-intensive area and important area for field water and fertilizer management of 3 cm diameter class jujube.
