摘　　要：北虫草高产菌株的筛选非常重要,优质的北虫草菌株在PDA培养基培养初期菌丝为白色,粗壮浓密,边缘整齐,匍匐状紧贴培养基生长,培养后期或者见光后,分泌黄色色素,菌落呈浅黄色到橘黄色。Eight Cordyceps militaris strains＇ fruit bodies were collected and separated their tissue. The results showed that fine fruit body is the top guarantee to obtain high-yielding strain. High-quality C. militaris strain grows on PDA medium initially has white hyphae, stout and thick, trim edges, creeping by the surface of medium; at the later stage or under the light, it assumed yellowish to orange. Before put them into production, the isolated strains must carry out grass budding （fruit body budding） experiment, only those strains when the budding are normal with high rate of bioconversion, they could be used as high-quality production strains.
