摘　　要：党的十八大报告在生态文明建设部分响亮提出"建设美丽中国"的奋斗目标。宁夏生态建设可持续发展要再上新台阶,必须抓好六盘山区清水河上游、中部干旱带生态"特区"和贺兰山东坡三个建设重点。The 18th national congress report in the ecological progress section puts forward a struggling object of ＂establishing beautiful China＂.If Ningxia ecological construction and sustainable development want to make progress,it should make emphasis on the establishment of Liupan mountain Qingshui river upstream;the middle part ecology dry zone;and Helan mountain eastern slope.
