摘　　要：我国是一个食用菌生产和消费大国,围绕食用菌生产、加工和运销,形成了相关的产业链。食用菌生产包括菌种培育、投入品生产以及食用菌栽培等活动,食用菌采摘后,要对其进行保鲜、加工等处理,之后进入消费环节。在食用菌产业链运行过程中,出现了组织链衔接不紧、价值链利益分配不均、信息链不畅、物流链不顺等问题。为此,需要加强产业链环之间的衔接与合作;以各主体在价值链的贡献为参照,合理进行利益分配;建立方便快捷的冷链物流系统;构建食用菌信息平台,调度物流链与价值链。As a big country for producing and consuming edible mushrooms,China has formed an industry chain with respect to producing,machining,conveying and selling edible mushrooms.Producing of edible mushrooms includes the activities,such as cultivating edible mushrooms and producing inputs,and after picked,is fresh and processed,then enters consume link.In the process of running industry chain,problems appear as friable organizational chain attach,uneven value chain interest distribution,obstructed information chain and unsmooth logistics chain.So,it is needed to strengthen link and cooperation among the industrial chain,to take the contribution as the reference in the link,to distribute reasonably the benefits,to establish the link of the convent and comfortable cool interflow of the goods and materials,and to establish the information platform of edible mushrooms for dispatch the logistics chain and value chain.
