摘 要:泰国中小学本土汉语教师短期培训,从2009年10月开始至今已历5年。经历了草创期、积淀期,在2011年实现了突破,进入一个良性的发展运作阶段。这个过程体现了孔子学院、孔子课堂的功能定位,已经从早期的遍顾各种群体,到关注泰国基础教育队伍。目前的培训模式一类是以专题讲座为主的超短期模式,应用于3天以内的培训;一类是以汉语知识、教学技能、中国文化为内容的三位一体综合模式,应用于2周左右的培训。目前需要制定明确的中小学本土汉语教师培养标准,以设定具体培训目标。学员的年龄分层问题造成了学员的学习诉求的差异,故需要在培训中用合理的手段加以平衡。短期培训虽受制于时间,但是如果加强统一规划,为学员制定培训档案,就可以使培训具有某种延续性,从而更好地促进学员汉语学习的自我发展精神。The short-term training for native Chinese language teachers in primary and secondary schools of Thailand has a history of five years since its emergence in October 2009. With further development, it has entered a stable development stage in 2011, which finds expression in the shift of the roles of Confucius Institute and Confucius Classroom from an all-inclusive training to the training of basic-education teachers. At present, there are two models, one being lecture-based that usually lasts three days; the other being an integrated model that includes the teaching of Chinese culture, Chinese language and teaching skills and usually lasts two weeks. It is necessary to work out a standard for this program with clear goals. Other factors like the age differences and the students' motivation should also been taken into account in order to improve this program.
