达立通颗粒联合黛力新治疗功能性腹痛综合征的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨达立通颗粒联合黛力新治疗功能性腹痛的临床疗效。方法采用随机方法将116例患者分为达立通颗粒对照组和达立通颗粒联合黛力新治疗组各58例,两组均治疗4周后观察临床疗效。结果治疗组显效率为69.0%,总有效率为79.3%;对照组显效率为39.7%,总有效率为50.0%。两组比较,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论达立通颗粒联合黛力新治疗功能性腹痛综合征疗效优于单用达立通颗粒治疗。Objective To investigate clinical curative effect of Dalitong Granules （DG） combined with Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets （FMT） in the treatment of functional abdominal pain syndrome. Methods Using random methods, 116 patients were divided into DG group as the control group and DG combined with FMT in the treatment group. 58 cases in each group, two groups were observed the efficacy after 4 weeks of treatment. Results The excellence was 69.0%, and the total effective rate was 79. 3% in the combined - treatment group. The excellence was 39.7%, and the total effective rate was 50.0% in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant （p 〈 0.05）. Conclusion DG combined with FMT is better than single DG in the treatment of functional abdominal pain syndrome.
