宫颈电环切术对孕晚期妊娠结局的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨宫颈电环切术对孕晚期妊娠结局的影响。方法选择湖北省妇幼保健院2012年1～6月入院分娩的、孕前因CINⅠ或CINⅡ在我院行宫颈电环切术的孕妇,对这组孕妇孕晚期的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 Leep组与同期未做过Leep的孕产妇相比,两组的剖宫产率、阴道分娩者产程、胎膜早破发生率、早产发生率均无统计学差异。结论因CINⅠ及CINⅡ实施规范的Leep术,对孕晚期妊娠结局无明显影响。Objective To investigate the effect of cervical loop electresurgical excision procedure （LEEP） on the pregnancy outcomes in late pregnancy. Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 44 pregnant women from 2012.1 to 2012.6 in Hubei Maternal and Child Health Hospital, who had been performed cervical LEEP to treat CIN I or CIN II in the same hospital before pregnancy. Results LEEP group was not statistically different with non - LEEP group at the same period in cesarean section rate, vaginal deliveries of labor, premature rupture of membranes, and the incidence of preterm birth rate. Conclusion The treatment of standardized LEEP due to CIN I or CIN II had no significant affect on the outcome of third trimester pregnancy.
