摘　　要：目的通过对病案使用情况的分类统计,了解目前病案信息在社会各个领域的利用情况。方法对2009～2011年我院病案借阅和复印份数及使用类别进行统计和分析。结果病案的借阅和复印份数由2009年的428份增加到2011年的1 817份,利用率从12.8%提高到46.2%,其中医疗保险行业的利用率增幅最大。结论由于病案的特殊社会价值,使用范畴日趋扩大,在这种新形势下,加强病案管理,提高书写质量是医院的重要任务。Objective Through classified statistic of medical record usage to understand the utilization of current medical record information in all areas of society. Methods Carry out Statistical analysis of the 2009 - 2011 medical record borrow and copy numbers and use categories. Results The number of lending and copies of the medical record increased from 428 in 2009 to 1 817 in 2011, utilization rate increased to 46.2% from 12.8%, the largest increase in the utilization is the medical insurance industry. Conclusion Due to the special social value of the medi- cal record, use areas are increasingly expanding, in this new situation, to strengthen the medical record management, improve the quality of writing is an important task of the hospital.
