关于我国公民微博参政“热”的“冷”思考

摘　　要：胡锦涛同志在党的十八大报告中提出,凡是涉及群众切身利益的决策都要充分听取群众意见。微博参政则为群众参与政府决策和政府听取群众意见提供了一个新的平台。微博参政是公民以微博为平台的政治参与,是公民通过微博行使参政议政的政治权利,直接或间接影响政府决策的活动。微博参政既有独特的优势,又有不可避免的局限性,因此,对于微博参政"热",还需"冷"看待。The political participation on microblog is a new kind of political participation. The citizen ex- ercises the political rights of participation on the platform of microblog and influences the public decisions in a direct or indirect way. The political participation on microblog has both the positive roles and the inevitable limi- tations, so we must treat it calmly.
