丁苯酞软胶囊治疗血管性痴呆患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的总结丁苯酞对血管性痴呆的临床治疗北果和安全性。方法选取2009年5月至2011年11月期间在我院接受治疗的95例轻中度的血管性痴呆患者为研究对象，随机分为治疗组47例和对照组48例，治疗组应用丁苯酞软胶囊治疗。对照组应用尼莫地平治疗。分别在治疗前后评定患者的MMSE（简易精神状态观察）、ADU日常生活能力量表）和CDR（痴呆程度评价），比较两组治疗前后患者症状改善程度和不良反应情况。结果治疗组MMSE、ADL和CDR改善情况均明显优于对照组，且差异显著（P〈0．05）；治疗组疗效87．23％明显优于对照60．42％，且差异显著（P〈0．01）；两组无严重不良发生，不良率差异不显著（P〉0．05）。结论丁苯酞软胶囊在血管性痴呆患者的治疗中有显著疗效，无严重不良反应，值得推广使用。Objective： To investigate clinical efficacy of treatment of the soft capsules butylphthalide for patients with vascu- lar dementia. Methods：95 patients with mild to moderate vascular dementia in our hospital from May 2009 to November 2011 were divided into the treatment group （ 47 ）, treated by the soft capsules butylphthalide and the control group （ 48 ）, treated by nimodipine.MMSE （ Mini-Mental State observed ）, ADL（ activities of daily living ）, CDR（ degree of dementia evaluations ） and the adverse reactions of two groups were compared. Results：The MMSE, ADL and CDR of the treatment group were sig- nificantly better than the control group （ P〈0.05 ） ; The clinical efficacy of treatment group （ 87.23% ） was higher than the con- trol group （ 60.42% ）（ P〈0.01 ） ;The difference of the adverse reaction rate between two groups was not significant （P〉0.05）. Conclusion：The soft capsules Butylphthalide have a significant effect in the treatment of patients with vascular dementia, and no serious adverse reactions.
