摘　　要：目的分析无症状性脑梗死(ACI)患者Stroop色词测验(CWT)和经颅多普勒超声(TCD)检测的特点,探讨CWT和TCD检测对ACI患者认知功能的评估价值。方法选取2008年1月至2010年1月海南省人民医院神经内科门诊或住院的60例ACI患者,采用蒙特利尔认知评估量表中文版进行认知功能评分,评分≥26分者为对照组(29例),评分<26分者为认知障碍组(31例),分析比较两组患者CWT及TCD检测结果。结果 (1)CWT结果:A卡片、B卡片认知障碍组应用时间及正确阅读数与对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);C卡片认知障碍组应用时间及正确阅读数与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)TCD检测结果:认知障碍组与对照组平均血流速度(Vm)及阻力指数(RI)比较,差异均有统计学意义(t值分别为13.72和-2.87,P<0.05)。结论对ACI患者常规开展CWT和TCD检测,可早期发现患者认知功能受损,及时采取治疗措施,延缓症状加重,改善患者生活质量。Objective To investigate the application of Stroop Color-Word Test （CWT） and Transcranial Doppler ultrasound （TCD） in evaluating recognition function of the patients with asymptomatic cerebral infarction （ACI）. Methods Sixty patients with ACI admitted in People＇s Hospital of Hainan Province from Jan. 2008 to Jan. 2010 were examined by Montreal cognitive assessment （MoCA Beijing Version）. Sixty patients were divided into two groups depending on the score of MoCA： the cognitive impairment group （CI group, score≥ 26, n=29） and the normal control group （NC group, score〈26, n=31）. Then CWT and TCD results were compared between the two groups. Results The application time and number of correct reading showed no statistically significant difference in A and B part of CWT between the CI group and the NC group （P〉0.05）, but showed statistically significant difference in C part of CWT between the two groups （P〈0.05）. The patients of the CI group took longer time （P〈0.05） and their score was lower （P〈0.05） in the C part of CWT. The Vm and RI of TCD showed statistically significant difference be-tween the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion It is valuable to apply CWT and TCD regularly in patients with ATI, which contributes to the early detection the cognitive impairment and the timely treatment of the disease.
